My name is Patrick Adair, and I have a passion for helping older adults work through the overwhelming decisions that arise when "it's time to downsize."

I have dedicated over 25 years of my Real Estate career fine-tuning a system that will help anyone at anytime make the best decisions at this critical and stressful stage in life.  Whether it be for yourself, a loved one, or a client, I would be honored to be your trusted advisor.

We can start with a brief conversation.  Then, if you think I can help, I'll bring in my staff of experts; each person completing a piece of the puzzle until the picture of your future is clear.

On a few occasions, I was able to help mom or dad stay at home a little while longer; providing referrals for reverse mortgage, at-home care specialists and other care providers, eventually selling the homes for much more!  One gal, Angela, moved into a lovely care community with an extra $400K (40 months of care) just last summer.

I'm proud to be an advocate for seniors and have launched my new S.T.A.M.P. (Stop Taking Advantage of Mom & Pop) Program this year to educate seniors, their families, attorneys, fiduciaries and trustees on how unscrupulous builders, investors and, yes, even some realtors, are taking advantage of our elderly with their properties.
